Yegna Microfinance Institution SC is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low-income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.

Yegna Microfinance Institution SC wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions

  • Savings and Credit Unit Officer

Qualification: BA degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration, and any business-related field of study.

Experience: 3 years of experience in related work out of which 2 years of experience in banking or Microfinance. MFI experience is an advantage.

  • Bord of Secretary

Qualification: BA in Secretarial Science, Office management, and related fields.

Experience: 4 years of related experience

  •  Management Information System Department Manager

Qualification: MA/BA in IT, MIS & Computer Science

Experience: 6/8 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in a supervisory position in a financial institution. MFI experience is advantageous.

  •  Internal Auditor and risk department manager

Qualification: MA/ BA in management, Accounting, Marketing, or economics-related field Based on NBE risk Based internal Audit Directive

Experience: 8 years of experience in related work out of which 6 years of experience in banking and/or microfinance business.
