  • Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
  • Educational Qualification :- Bachelor degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study.

Only Graduates of 2020, 2021& 2022

CGPA:– For Female 2.75  and above

  • For male Above 3.00  and above

Age:– Below 30 years old

Job description:-

  1. The CSO attends customer inquiries,
  2. Handles payments and collections,
  3. Works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers,
  4. Checks, signs and counter-signs on tickets,
  5. Ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions,
  6. Balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.

Location:- Branches under Hawassa District (Hawassa City, Mizan Aman & Mizan Tepi Branches).
