USAID wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions
- Administrative Assistant
Qualification : Two or more years of post-secondary schooling in Secretarial Science or Business Administration, or other related field equivalent to a US junior college or community college diploma, is required.
Prior Work Experience: A minimum of three years of administrative or secretarial work experience, of which two years should be in related work with a U.S. Government Agency,Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), other donor organizations, host-government
organizations, or private-sector institutions is required.
Language Proficiency: Level 4 (advanced professional proficiency) English and local language proficiency (if appropriate), both oral and written, is required.
Salary Range: The salary range of the position FSN – 07; $11,281 – $20,305 yearly.
- Project Management Specialist (Workforce and Youth Development)
Qualification : Minimum of Master’s degree in education with a specialization in workforce training or technical and vocational education; or business management, youth development, international development, economics, agriculture, or with an otherwise direct relationship to youth livelihoods in emerging economies.
Prior Experience: A minimum of five years of combined technical and policy leadership and project management experience. Direct experience working on youth empowerment, private sector engagement, or workforce development issues. Substantial experience working with donor institutions and/or USAID contractors. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with the Government of Ethiopia. Prior experience working directly with youth and youth groups. Experience working with the private sector.
Language: English and Amharic at Level IV.
Salary Range: The salary range of the position FSN – 11; $24,124 – $43,420 yearly.
