UNICEF Ethiopia’s social policy section focuses on social inclusion. Ethiopian children are disproportionately represented among the poor. Moreover, volatility and vulnerability at both the macro and household levels is increasing, creating new risks for children as shocks lead to precarious living situations. It is also more and more obvious that national average figures tell partial stories.
