  • Position 1: Senior Controller

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, the management or other Business related fields.

Experience: 4 years of banking experience

Purpose of the Job to control and ensure the proper functionality of the branch’s performance by adhering to the bank’s policies and procedures.

Location: Gode and Jijiga, Somali

  • Position 2: Senior Banking Officer

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, management or other Business related fields.

Experience: 4 years of banking experience

Purpose of the Job to enhance the level of customer satisfaction and retention of existing customers through providing comprehensive support to branch offices.

Location: Gode and Jijiga, Somali

  • Position 3: Senior Customer Relationship Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management or other Business-related fields.

Experience: 5 years cognate of banking experience.

Purpose of the Job is to Develop marketing activities to recruit new clients, maintain existing customers and excel in customer satisfaction by maintaining the bank’s interest.

Location: Addis Ababa,

  • Position 4: Operation Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, the management or other Business-related fields.

Experience: 7 years of banking experience and 1 year of managerial experience

Purpose of the Job to organize the overall operational activities of branches and support the sustainable and profitable growth of the Bank consistently.

Location: Gode and Jijiga, Somali

  • Position 5: District Managers

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, the management or other Business-related fields.

Experience: 10 years of banking experience which 3 years of managerial experience is required.

Purpose of the Job to Lead and coordinate the marketing activities of all Branches within the branch, support the sustainable and profitable growth of the Bank and improve the efficiency of the branch operation and resource utilization by enhancing capacity building in all form.

Location: Gode and Jijiga, Somali
