Nordic Medical Centre’s wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions
Main responsibilities:
Tracking, analyzing and controlling the costs associated with all departments and projects within the company.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide assessment on budgets and cost projectionsAnalyze and recommend costs and cost savingsInput items, services and prices into ERP systemAccounting for daily transfer requests for proper cost allocation while maintaining accurate inventory reconciliationStock taking of various stores during month end as well as random spot checksWork closely with storekeepers to ensure that all goods issued and received are properly recorded and updatedConduct spot checks on receiving items, verifying invoice items and quantities against actual items and quantities receivedControl and monitor company expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recordedCollaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize wasteDevelop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measuresRemain aware of market trends that could impact resource costs

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fieldsFresh graduates or applicants with1 a year experienceExcellent English communication skills – both Written and SpokenExcellent computer skillsAttention to detail and accuracy
