Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies that make the company profitable and follow the implementation.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and co-coordinates controls the operational activities of the departments and activities of the company.
  • Direct and coordinate the organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and develop pricing strategies to maximize returns on investments.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and monitor performance; correct where deviations occur.
  • Formulates long, medium, and short-term plans for the activities of the department and ensures their implementation upon approval.
  • Coach and develop staff to build high-performing teams. Assigns stretch assignments to further train and enhance staff development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, including leases, sales, and acquisitions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly/biweekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing goals
  • Provide feedback and make recommendations that increase the success of marketing efforts and the effectiveness of current marketing strategies in reaching target markets
  • Drives standardization practices throughout the organizations that align with other branches.
  • Completes all performance management activities including performance planning, monitoring, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of the real estate portfolio

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • MBA/MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Business Management, Business Administration, Leadership and Management, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5/7 years’ relevant Experience. Preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate management.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and other real estate software
  • Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers
  • Develop and present customized marketing plans for clients
  • Negotiate sale agreements for clients
  • Help clients secure financing for real estate transactions
  • Provide advice and guidance on legal documents related to real estate transactions
  •  Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Sales Representative in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Very good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel software, Google calendar, and Google sheet applications.
  • Volunteer to travel
  • Familiar with social media.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
