Position 1: Junior Customer Service
- Qualification: BA degree/ Diploma in any business and Agriculture fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 0/2 years as Cashier Customer Service Officer in MFI
Special Skills and trainings: Work effectively with others, ability to mobilize communities, experienced in field work, able to mobilize savings, etc. - Language: knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Amharic language is mandatory for Adama Branch post.

Position 2: Branch I Cashier
- Qualification: BA or Diploma in any business and other fields
- Work Experience: Minimum of 0/2 years as Cashier.
- Special Skills and trainings: Work effectively with others, ability to mobilize communities, experienced in field work etc.
- Language: knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Amharic language is mandatory for Adama Branch post.
- Place of work: Adama Branch and Branch in Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA degree/ Diploma in any business and Agriculture fields
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1/2 years as Customer Service Officer in MFI.
Special Skills and trainings: Work effectively with others, ability to mobilize communities, experienced in field work, able to mobilize savings, etc. - Language: knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Amharic language is mandatory for Adama Branch post.
- Place of work: Adama Branch and Branch in Addis Ababa.
Position 4: Branch I Accountant
- Qualification:BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting and Finance
- Work Experience:A total of 2/4 years out of which at least 1/2 years on similar position preferable in MFI.
- Special Skills and trainings: Having experience on Core banking, Peachtree and IFRS reporting systems is an advantageous.
- Language: knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Amharic language is mandatory for Adama Branch post.
- Place of work: Adama Branch
Position 5: Branch I Manager
- Qualification: BA degree in any business and Agriculture fields
- Work Experience: A total of 6 years of experience out of which at least two years on similar fields
- Special Skills and trainings:Having experience on Core banking, work effectively with others. Ability to mobilize communities and Experienced in field work
- Language: knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Amharic language is mandatory for Adama Branch post.
