Job Requirement/Qualification and Experience:
MSc or BSc in Hydraulics, Sanitary or Water Resource Engineering and related fields from recognized university.At least four 6 years relevant work experiences in WASH activities for BSc and 4 years for MSc at community, health institutions and schools both for development settingsAppropriate technical skills training and computer software; practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Water Cad, and other engineering software is a must.Excellent written and spoken English and Local language (Afan Oromo) is mandatory.

Bachelor Degree in Development Studies or relevant technical field (e.g. Social/Political Science, Management, Economics, and Engineering).Minimum 3 years-experience working with NGOs or in the humanitarian sectorExperience in managing in building capacity of staffExperience in oversight and capacity building of local partnersKnowledge of both programmatic and operational aspects of programExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required)Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to do internet based researchExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills and discretion with confidential informationAbility to work independently and proactivelyProven ability to handle challenging work loads
