Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the
banking industry. OR 1 year as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent
experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+ 3/ Level IV, 2 years as Human Resource Assistant or
equivalent experience in the banking industry OR2 years as Junior Learning & Development
Officer or equivalent experience.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Senior Learning & Development Officer
Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management
Work Experience: 3 years as Learning & Development Officer II or equivalent OR 6 years
relevant experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Senior Learning & Development
Officer or equivalent OR 7 years relevant experience.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

- Branch Manager, Grade D
Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent OR 8 years
relevant experience in the banking industry.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Place of Work: Sebeta Branch
- Branch Manager, Grade B
Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade C Branch or equivalent OR 10 years relevant
experience in the banking industry.
