Position 1 – Junior Banker
Qualification and Work Experience: BA degree in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 6 months and above relevant banking experience.
Place of Work:Finfinne (Addis Ababa), Adama, Agaro, Ambo, Asella, Bedelle, Jimma, Mettu, Nekemte, Bule Hora, Ciro, Dire Dawa, Fitche, Ginch, Harar, Hawassa, , Arsi Negelle, Bale Robe, Shakiso, Shashamane, Sultuta, Woliso, and Yabello and other outlying cities
Position 2 – Trainee Banker
Qualification and Work Experience: BA degree in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with zero year experience, CGPA for female 2.75 & above and for male 3.00 & above, with age below 30(inclusive) and those graduate 2021 and 2022 only.

Qualification and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 2 years relevant banking experience

Position 5 – Principal Strategy & Research Officer
Qualification and Work Experience:BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 5 years relevant banking experience

Position 6 – Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer
Qualification and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 4 years relevant banking experience

Position 10 – Credit Analyst
Qualification and Work Experience:BA degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 2 years relevant banking experience.

Position 11 – Manager, Financing and Investment Division
Qualification & Experience: MA/MBA/MSC/BA/ Degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 7 years relevant experience with BA out of which 2 years on supervisory position
Position 12 – Customer Relationship Manager IFB
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Economics or related field of supervisory position study with 6 years relevant banking experience
Position 13 – Principal Management Information System Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA/BS degree in Information Technology/Management Information System or related field of study 5 years of relevant Banking experience
