Qualification: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

- Senior Customer Service Specialist
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields with 2.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on CSS position.

- Customer Service Specialist
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other related fields Experience 2.5 years of experience or Diploma(Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on CSS position.

- Junior Customer Service Specialist
Qualification: Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
Work Place: Ambo,Jawi,Merawi
- Senior Human Capital Management Officer (Training and Development)
Qualification: BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields
Experience: 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
- Legal Aid
Qualification; Advanced Diploma /10+4/ Level 4 and above in Law and any other related fields
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience as legal aid. Banking experience is advantageous
