JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. Responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt and accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
- Listening to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests with attentiveness.
- Processing withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verifying customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issuing bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Performing foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience:
- 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
