Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Hawassa branch. This includes leading the branch team, achieving business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance/ Fintech industry, with at least 2 years in Senior role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve business targets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
