Berhan Bank S.C was formed in accordance with Article 304 of the Commercial Code of Ethiopia with the objective of operating in the banking industry. This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.
Berhan Bank S.C wants to hire qualified applicants to the following positions
- Senior Human Resource Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Administration, Management or related field
Experience: 7 Years’ of Banking experience as Human Resource Officer or Equivalent
Place of work: Head Office (Talent Management Department)
- District Director
Qualification: BA in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Banking and Insurance or related fields.
Experience: 12 Years’ Experience in Banking, 7 Years’ Experience as District Business or Operation Division Manager or Equivalent
Place of work: West District (Jimma)
Salary: as per the Bank’s Scale.
