Awash Bank seeks qualified candidates for the following positions.

  • 1. Manager – Regional Human Resource & Administration
  • Qualifications and Experience: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and Public Administration & Development Management or a related discipline, plus a minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resource Management role, preferably in the banking sector, with 3 years in supervisory position.
    2. Senior – Human Resource & Administration Officer

Qualifications and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, Development Management, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years in Human Resource Management, preferably in the banking sector.

  • 3. Human Resource & Administration Officer

Qualifications & Experience: BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of three years in HR Management preferably in the banking industry

  • For all positions, the term of employment is permanent.
    Skills Requirement: Computer operation knowledge is required.
    Salary and Benefits: According to the Bank’s Salary Scale and Benefits Package.
