Position 1: Senior System Administrator

Qualifications: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, MIS or Electrical, & Computer Engineering or Information Technology and related fields.

Experience: 5/Five years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as System administrator.

Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain servers: Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, File Server, Mail Server, etc.
  • Monitor and verify the integrity, availability and utilization of all hardware, server resources, system and key process,
  • Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups;
  •  Manage and monitor system service and continuously make sure that service run smoothly;
  • Maintain server configuration, migration, and other implementations;
  • Conduct assessment of current trends and developments in server computing and propose possible innovative improvements and upgrades for implementation;
  • Carry out  the business continuity operation as per the standard and guidelines of Business Continuity Management;
  • Follow-up for proper utilization of IT  resources within the bank;
  • Configure and optimize Storage Area Network;
  • Carry out the task of changing, storing, and labeling the tapes which are used for backup;
  • Manage Card Management System (CMS, MPCS, CL2), Real Time  Processing (RTPS, IIA and ATM CFG;
  • Provide card management system related issue support escalated from the IT service desk staff;
  • Implement Bank wide standard builds to Windows workstations;
  • Configure and maintain operating system: Red Hat Linux,  Windows Servers;
  • Configure and maintain data center facilities: Air Conditioner, UPS, Fire Extinguisher, Security surveillance system, etc.
  • Handle other related duties as deemed necessary

Qualification: MA/BA in Marketing Management Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.

Experience: 7/9 years of experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as a supervisory level.

Job Description:

  • Develop a brand management and communication strategy, including setting objectives and creating plans to reach target audiences;
  • Introduce and implement long- term and short term promotional program;
  • Enhance the quality of both internal and external communication and public relations;
  • Ensure that bank’s products and services resonate with current and potential customers;
  • Monitor market trends as well as keep an eye on competitive environment to stay ahead of competition;
  • Build and enhance the banks image and reputations within the competitive business environment;
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs;
  • Maintain relationships with  the public to ensure that the bank is valued in the community;
  • Manage  the promotion of the bank’s brand and services ;
  • Ensure that the Bank’s brand and services are prompted using all possible communication options including using electronic, print and social media;
  • Enhance the exploitation of social media efforts for selling its products and services;
  • Strengthen and facilitate the bank’s partnership with other organizations;
  • Develop and implements a comprehensive marketing intelligence system;
  • Coordinate the development and continuous review of customer service charter and service standards;
  • Enforces application of the Bank’s brand for use at all premises, ATMs and promotional items;
  • Handle the design, production and distribution of marketing and communications materials;
  • Handle other related duties as may be required.
