Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement: 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.

- Customer Service Officer II
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

- Senior Customer Services Officer
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement: 4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank or 5 years at Microfinance Institutions.
Place of work: Adama
- Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. She /he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. She /he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
