- Customer Service Officer I
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience Requirement: 1 (One) year of relevant experience in a Bank
Competencies Required:
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Hawassa.
- Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Qualifications: College Diploma in Secretarial Services or other relevant fields.
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Secretary or Receptionist is required.
Technical and Behavioral competencies:
Organizational skills.
Telephone Handling Skills

- Website Administrator
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Web Design, Marketing or another related field of study.
A certificate or knowledge in graphic design tools such as illustrator or Photoshop is mandatory
A certificate or knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA, HTML, Python, SQL, and others is advantageous
Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in website administration is required.
