Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields
Experience: Not Required
Year of Graduation: Graduate of 2021 and 2022 only
CGPA: 2.75 and above
Salary: As per the salary scale of the bank

Being patient, caring and open-minded, trusting, flexible, approachable and having a sense of humor
Fluency in English & Amharic required with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, banking environment with an emphasis on high performance, results and accountability
Strong willingness to learn and ability to be a real team player
Basic computer application skills
